| Eight acres of extremely steep wooded slopes including a trout stream, in two existing lots. Existing house was retained, one development right was donated into easement, one new lot was created. "Zero-sum" road grading, i.e. no grading beyond immediate road edges and no dirt removed from or brought to the site. |
